PROTEIN: Herb Gremolata Marinated Chicken or Steak Skewers (4 ct) or Falafel (12 oz)
VEGGIE KIT: Veggie Kabob Kit (4 ct)
SIDE: Lemon Orzo Salad With Pine Nuts or Dilly Cucumber Salad (1 lb)
TOPPER: The Fresh Market Original Hummus (12 oz) or Le Grand Tzatziki Sauce (7 oz)
In this week's Little Big Meal, we feature our Sheet Pan Meal. Choose your protein, add fresh veggies, and finish with your choice of pasta salad.

If Using Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack about 6 inches from the top.
Place potatoes in a medium bowl, drizzle with ¼ c Briannas Marinade and stir with a spoon or spatula to coat well. Place potatoes directly onto a sheet pan, place sheet pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
Remove sheet pan from oven and turn oven to broil. In the same medium bowl, add the chicken, pork or shrimp and drizzle with remaining ¼ c Briannas Marinade, stirring to coat well. Push potatoes to edges of sheet pan and arrange the protein in a single layer in the center of the sheet pan. Broil, turning protein halfway through, 4-6 minutes for chicken, 3-5 minutes for pork, 1-2 minutes for shrimp.
If Using Asparagus:
Heat the oven broiler on high and place the oven rack 6 inches from the top.
Place asparagus and protein of choice into a medium bowl, drizzle with ½ c Briannas Marinade and stir with a spoon or spatula to coat well. Place mixture directly on a sheet pan, place sheet pan in oven and broil for 10-12 minutes until asparagus is tender and protein is cooked through.
To Serve: Divide vegetables and protein onto 4 plates and serve alongside pasta salad or slaw. Chef’s Note: The chicken, pork or shrimp can be pre-marinated with ¼ c Briannas Marinade 30 minutes before cooking.
