Our Favorite Way To Serve It Up

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter* (1 tbsp if using chicken)
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil*
  • 1 jar Brianna’s Marinade of Choice
  • 24 oz One Bite Red Potatoes or 1 lb green asparagus
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, 1 lb Pork Tenderloin Strips, or 1 lb Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
  • Mediterranean Pasta Salad or Broccoli Cranberry Slaw With Almonds

For Chicken: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack in middle of oven. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 packet Urban Accents Seasoning Blend of choice. Add potatoes or brussels sprouts to bowl and stir with a spoon or spatula to coat veggies well. Place seasoned veggies directly onto one half of sheet pan. Place chicken on the other half of the sheet pan in one layer. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring veggies halfway through cooking, until veggies are tender and golden brown and chicken is cooked through to 165°F.

For Pork or Shrimp: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack about 6 inches from the top. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tbsp butter, 5 tbsp olive oil and 1.5 packets Urban Accents Seasoning Blend of choice. Place potatoes or brussels sprouts in a medium bowl, drizzle with half of the seasoned oil and stir with a spoon or spatula to coat well. Place seasoned veggies directly onto a sheet pan. Place sheet pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes until veggies are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.

Remove sheet pan from oven and turn oven to broil. In the same medium bowl, add the steak strips, pork tenderloin strips or shrimp and drizzle with remaining seasoned oil, stirring to coat well. Push veggies to edges of sheet pan and arrange the protein in a single layer in the center of the sheet pan. Broil, turning protein halfway through, 3-5 minutes for steak or pork, 1-2 minutes for shrimp.

To Serve: Divide protein and veggies evenly onto 4 plates. Serve alongside Lemon Orzo Salad or Honey Lemon Bowtie Salad and demi baguette, if using.
