CHOOSE ONE: Lean Ground Sirloin or Turkey (1.5 lb)
GET ONE: Diced Peppers and Onions Kit (16 oz)
GET ONE: Simply Organic Mild Chili Seasoning Mix (1 oz)
CHOOSE TWO: The Fresh Market Organic Beans (15 oz, choose from all varieties) and The Fresh Market Tomatoes (14.5 oz, choose from all varieties)

In this week’s Little Big Meal, we feature our Chili Meal. Choose your protein, add fresh diced peppers and onions, canned tomatoes, beans, and serve with our corn muffins for a cozy weeknight meal.
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high. Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper and cook until cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add the Diced Peppers and Onions Kit and cook another 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender and meat is brown.
Add tomatoes and beans to the saucepan. Add the seasoning mix and ½ cup water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until desired thickness is reached, adding more water if desired. Taste for seasoning and add more salt if desired. Serve with corn muffins.
