Our meat and ribs are smoked “low and slow” over hardwood, flavoring and tenderizing it to perfection. Our pulled pork is rubbed with our chef’s blend of spices and then finished with mop sauce. Before our brisket hits the smoker, it’s rubbed with brown sugar, salt and pepper.
