Southwest Veggie Kit
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, about 3-5 minutes. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until just barely pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove to a plate.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to pan and add vegetables from veggie kit. Sauté until lightly browned and slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
Return shrimp to pan, reduce heat to medium and add taco simmer sauce to the pan. Simmer until mixture is warm and bubbling, 3-5 minutes.
While mixture simmers, heat a separate pan over medium-high heat. Add tortillas, one at a time, to warm and lightly brown on each side, about 30 seconds – 1 minute per side.
To serve, spoon shrimp mixture in warm tortillas. Top with sour cream and a squeeze of lime.

Love it…thanks
Excellent
Loved this! Easy to prepare with FM shrimp and sauce. Cut my own veggies since I had them. The Southwest sauce packet was flavorful. Simple meal I will make again. Hope to explore the other sauce options.
Easy, nutritious and delicious
I get the shrimp meal. The shrimp are cleaned, fresh, and ready to cook. My whole family really likes these. I think I’ll get the lemon basil sauce as they offer different choices with the meal. The veggies make it very filling.
This is my Favorite Fresh Market meal. Because there are just two of us, tonight was fajitas. Tomorrow night there is enough chicken left for a sheet pan supper of chicken, smashed potatoes AND a salad that includes the vegetables that did not go into my fajita pan tonight. Go Fresh Market!!
Great taste! Quick and easy to make.
it was delicious and very fresh!
Prepared these last weekend. I used only about 1/4c of cooking sauce didnt want so stewy. Gave great flavor and not so messy. Still plenty of flavor. Everyone loved it. Also grilledd 2 tbones then sliced thinly and added to fajitas.. yummy
