Defrost the Snow Crab clusters overnight in the refrigerator and serve chilled or gently warm for 10 minutes by steaming in a large pot with 1 cup of water.
Prepare the dipping sauce. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together your favorite mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish and lemon zest. Whisk in the lemon juice, add more if desired. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
Tip: A light sprinkle of paprika makes a nice garnish on top of the dip.
