Slow Cooker Quinoa and Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ c quinoa
  • ½ c honey, plus more for serving
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 ½ c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Sliced almonds, for serving
  • Dried blueberries, for serving

Directions

In a slow cooker, add the rolled oats, quinoa, honey and cinnamon. Stir in 4 cups of almond milk.

Put the lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 1 ½ hours.

Turn the slow cooker to warm. Stir the oatmeal and add additional almond milk to reach the desired consistency.

Serve warm topped with a drizzle of honey, sliced almonds and dried blueberries.
