Ingredients

2 Pears, thinly sliced wedges
4 oz Gorgonzola, thinly sliced or crumbled
2 tbsp Hot Peach Honey
1/2 tsp Cracked Pepper
The Fresh Market Original Toasted French Rounds
Microgreens

Directions

Place sliced pear and gorgonzola on French round or firm cracker.

Drizzle with honey and finish with cracked pepper.

Top with microgreens.
