Stir-Fry Veggie Kit
Cook rice to package directions. Chop vegetables into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until it shimmers. Add vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and sauté 5-7 minutes until softened. Remove to plate and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining 2 tbsp oil until it shimmers. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook on all sides until juices run clear and no pink remains, 7-10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add sauce, stirring to combine. Return vegetables to pan and stir to combine. Simmer until warmed through, about 5 minutes. Serve stir fry mixture over cooked rice and top with cilantro.

Delicious...however, I would not recommend to use the entire bottle of sauce. Was very "soupy". Use maybe 1/2 to cover veggies and meat, to taste. Very filling, and my picky 14 year old son loved it. Me too! LBMs are awesome!
The Korean sauce is VERY spicy - which we like! I did chop the included vegetables into smaller pieces but this stir-fry was easy to make and is quite tasty. Will buy it again when it's offered and try the steak option.
So easy and more than enough for 4 adults. I did add a can of small water chestnuts. Yum!!!

I had no idea that Korean B B Que sauce was so hot! I like spicy food but this was too incredibly hot for me to eat! I highly recommend that you taste the sauce before adding it to the pan if you’re unfamiliar with Korean B B Que sauce as was I. Maybe just a little bit instead of the whole bottle would have been better. This one was a rare thumbs down for me. With all that being said I do appreciate that LBMs provide an opportunity to try out new flavors and new kinds of foods.

Very easy to make coming from someone who has never made a stir fry before. My only suggestion is add a little bit of honey for sweetness with the teriyaki sauce.
