Hot Peanuts Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 can Hubs peanuts
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Place Hubs peanuts in a small bowl; drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Combine sugar and seasonings; sprinkle over nuts and toss to coat.

Transfer to an ungreased baking pan. Bake at 300° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

Spread on waxed paper to cool. Portion into gift-sized containers.
