- 4 tbsp prepared horseradish with juices
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Delicious served with beef tenderloin or standing rib roast.

This is a great recipe but I add a dash or two, depending on how much you're making, of Worcestershire sauce, gives it another layer of flavor!!

Add one (1) cup of Duke's or Hellmans mayo plus another tablespoon or two of horseradish to make it Five Star. Made it last night and it all disappeared.

Wow, this is an amazing sauce. Great wth meat or fish!! So quick and easy to make. Also great with fish and shrimp! Great on a roast beef sandwich!!!
