Toss green beans with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Grill green beans for 5-10 minutes, until they have a slight char to them. Let cool to room temperature. They should have a nice crunch.
For the gremolata marinade, mix together chopped parsley, chopped roasted hazelnuts, segmented chopped orange slices and crumbled feta. Toss with a pinch of salt.
Top the cooled, grilled green beans with the gremolata marinade.
