Tzatziki Sauce:
Combine all ingredients for marinade is a large plastic bag. Allow chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add olive oil and swirl to coat.
Remove chicken from marinade and allow to drain of excess liquid.
Sear chicken for 2 minutes on each side until deep golden brown. Remove to a plate and set aside.
Remove skillet from heat and add wine and lemon juice. Return skillet to heat, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Return chicken to pan and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
Slice chicken on the diagonal and place on serving platter. Pour pan sauce over top and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Add all Tzatziki ingredients to bowl and stir to combine. Drizzle over chicken or serve in a bowl on the side for dipping.

You know it's good when your husband who thinks we eat to much chicken said "he would eat this again". Easy to make, minimal ingredients. Served with a Greek style salad. It was really good!

I love to find recipes that I can omit the salt & still have a flavorful meal! This is one of those recipes! I had to omit the Feta Cheese....which I replaced with Goat Cheese, which is lower in sodium. It was easy to cook & had a wonderful flavor! Thanks for adding to my recipe file!
Made this this evening exactly from the recipe. Served over Rice-a-Robin Cilantro Lime rice along with a Dole Chopped Salad kit. It was fabulous!!! Chicken was so tender ther was no need for a knife. The tzatziki sauce was really tasty. This recipe is going into the recipe file and will come out often!! 5 Stars!!
Fantastic! My family loved this. We served it with whole wheat cous cous mixed with zucchini, onion and garlic. We will make this again and good enough to have for guests.
