Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together oils, eggs, cinnamon and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine. Fold in walnuts, chocolate chips and apples.
Spread batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 55-60 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cake to cool completely. Remove from pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

Great recipe! I grated the apples. This cake reminds me of my mother's apple cake. It was our family's fall favorite!
I made this cake with the chocolate chips but not the nuts. It was moist and delicious! It would be fantastic with just the apples too. I made it as a test dessert for football tailgates . It should be easy to eat and a great fall recipe! I will definitely be making this cake again!!
