Cast Iron Roasted Shrimp with Robust Garlic EVOO

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Lucini Robust Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lb shell-on wild shrimp
  • 4 oz garlic cloves (1-2 heads garlic), minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Italian parsley, minced

Directions

Bring cast iron skillet to medium-to-low heat, then add olive oil. Add shell-on shrimp, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt & pepper. Slowly simmer, flipping shrimp once, until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Finish with minced parsley. Season with additional salt & pepper as needed and serve immediately. This is great with grilled crusty bread!
