Cocktail Sauce:
Toss shrimp with olive oil and rub and set aside. To make sauce, combine vodka sauce, zest of one lemon, horseradish and hot sauce and mix well. To serve, spread shrimp on a serving platter and place sauce in a bowl. Garnish both with zest of the second lemon.
Note: Sauce can be made one day ahead and refrigerated.
