Combine apple cider, a teaspoon cinnamon infused simple syrup, 1-2 ounces of your favorite rum and the juice of one lemon.
Rim the glass with the lemon and dip into a combination of sparkling sugar, ground cinnamon and candied ground ginger
For each serving glass, add a cinnamon stick, lemon rind and 1-2 Star Anise pods before pouring. Enjoy!
