USDA Prime Beef
If beef is on the menu, we recommend browsing our unparalleled selection of USDA Prime beef. Prime is the highest quality beef as classified by the USDA thanks to marbling, the marble-like fat that adds moisture and flavor to every bite.
We age our Prime beef a minimum of 14 days for maximum tenderness. Choose from a wide variety of cuts—our butchers trim each one and will cut your selection however you like. Hand-trimming ensures every bite is delicious and nothing goes to waste.

We grind our chuck from quality steaks and roasts, and only sell it the same day it’s ground. Our chicken breasts are all-natural, sourced from chickens fed a 100% non-GMO vegetarian diet.

Our experts source the freshest, best-tasting, largest and most diverse fruits and vegetables they can find—like Eastern apples from the Albinder family of Hudson River Fruit, or colorful grapes that range from sweet and juicy to crisp and tart.
During apple season, we offer more than 15 different varieties from our partners at Hudson River Fruit. Since 1963, four generations of the Albinder family have put their hearts and souls into growing, packing and shipping exceptional apples. If cake is on the menu, we recommend one of our five newest recipes. We sampled more than 200 varieties before landing on a handful of recipes we wanted to bring to our guests.
Our Pineapple Brown Sugar cake is made with pineapple brown sugar mousse and brown sugar streusel. We also have classic Boston Cream made with rich custard, yellow cake and chocolate ganache, along with super-decadent Triple Chocolate Truffle. For elevated classics, try Carrot or Red Velvet (colored naturally with beets!).
We also offer a variety of exceptional sourdough bread, including our popular Rosemary Sea Salt Sourdough. It’s all hand-formed and baked in store for superior texture, freshness and flavor.

We tasted countless salsas, but none of them passed the test. So we had someone create recipes exclusively for us! Each one is crafted using simple, flavorful ingredients like fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and a hint of salt.
Made using a century-old family recipe with no artificial flavors or additives, our savory, flaky cheese straws are a Southern classic. Pair Aged Sharp Cheddar Cheese Straws with Cabernet or Chardonnay, or White Cheddar Parmesan with Prosecco.
Our new BBQ sauces explore a range of regional flavors. Carolina Gold was inspired by the mustard-based BBQ sauce of the Carolinas, while our Bourbon Barrel Aged BBQ Sauce channels the Kentucky foothills with complex flavors of molasses, soy and onion.
