Member Charter
The Fresh Market offers high-quality food products with an emphasis on fresh, premium perishables and an uncompromising commitment to guest service. The Ultimate Loyalty Experience® is about helping you get the most out of your shopping experience while also enjoying all the benefits our Loyalty program has to offer. We not only want you to be happy with the service you receive but also to feel secure knowing your privacy is always protected. That’s why we created this Member Charter to show you exactly what we do with your personal details.
We will never release your personal information to companies outside The Fresh Market for unrelated marketing purposes.
We will use your shopping details to send you personalized offers that match your lifestyle and help your experience become even more ultimate! So, for example, if you tell us you’re a vegetarian or vegan, we won’t send you offers on meat and seafood products.
You’ll always have the option to reduce the number of emails you get or receive only transactional communications (i.e. notifications that you’ve earned Club Rewards). At any time, you can choose to fully opt out of all communications. Please note that this means you could be missing out on some of the major benefits of The Ultimate Loyalty Experience®, like exclusive offers, rewards and free gifts.

Please note, our team will deactivate your Loyalty ID, but you will lose all your Rewards and you will not be able to use it in the store.
The good news is, if you want to hop back into The Ultimate Loyalty Experience®, you may create a new account at any time. Because this is a new account, you will not be able to access any previous rewards or information from your deactivated account.
Log into your Loyalty account at thefreshmarket.com/login. From your Loyalty dashboard, click the drop-down in the upper right-hand corner under your name. From there, click "Profile Information," and your profile details are available for you to edit.
Please note, if you need to update your birthday or email address, you will need to contact our Guest Care Team. Simply fill out our online contact form for assistance. You can also call 866-817-4367.
You may adjust your communication preferences as well as the frequency of the emails you receive under Notification Settings in the Loyalty Account Profile.
Set up at registration, your Loyalty phone number can be your phone number, or you can make your own. Just make sure you can remember it! To use your Loyalty phone number, enter it at checkout to ensure you receive your Rewards and Member-only offers!
Log in into your Loyalty account at thefreshmarket.com/login. From your Loyalty dashboard, click the drop-down in the upper right-hand corner under your name. From there, click “Profile Information,” and then “Loyalty Settings.”
Your Loyalty phone number is specific to you. Just like your birthday cake, there's no need to share!

Online Shopping with Member-only Pricing
We have now integrated The Ultimate Loyalty Experience® with our eCommerce online shopping experience. Which means, that once you sign up for The Ultimate Loyalty Experience, you will automatically have an eCommerce account. And if you already have an eCommerce account, you can easily finish your registration to become a Member of The Ultimate Loyalty Experience.
Yes, you will! You will use your same sign-on credentials for both Loyalty and eCommerce accounts.
You will have to complete your loyalty registration and accept The Ultimate Loyalty Experience® Terms & Conditions. Once that is complete, you will be a Member and will be eligible to receive all the benefits!
Yes, you can! You will receive Member-only pricing when you are logged in and are creating an online order. There are a few items that are in-store purchases only, but these items would not appear as Member-only pricing while you are shopping online.
All items that have Member-only pricing will be marked as you are shopping online and are logged into your account.
To join The Ultimate Loyalty Experience®, you just go to the registration page (https://www.thefreshmarket.com/register) and sign up. You will then automatically have an eCommerce account and can shop for Member-only pricing in-store or online. And don’t forget to download The Fresh Market app to make online shopping even easier!
Most Loyalty Member-only pricing offers and deals will be available both in-store and online. Our email communications will contain additional information when there are Member-only deals that are not available online.
Go to https://www.thefreshmarket.com or open our app. You can choose, Delivery, Curbside Pickup or you can start Building a List.
No. The Free Slice of Ultimate Birthday Cake is only available by shopping in-store. This way, we can personally celebrate your special day!
Yes! Visit Instacart.com and enter your Online Loyalty Member ID in the Loyalty Cards section of your Instacart profile. You can find your Online Loyalty Member ID on your profile page at www.thefreshmarket.com.
Digital Coupons
Digital coupons are manufacturer coupons and can be found in the “Offers & Coupons” tab in the navigation bar of your Member account. You can clip the digital coupon to “My Wallet” and redeem them for savings at checkout by using your Loyalty phone number.
No need! Save the ink. Once the coupons are clipped to "My Wallet," all you need to do is enter your Loyalty phone number at check out to receive the discount on that item.
Nope! Your Digital Coupons are specific to you and cannot be shared with anyone else.
Log into your Loyalty account here. From your dashboard, click "Coupons and Offers," then "Clip to My Wallet" on the coupon of your choice.
Log into your Loyalty account here. From your dashboard, click "My Wallet." This is where all your clipped coupons will appear!
As a rule of thumb, you cannot use multiple coupons on the same item.
Your digital coupons will expire. Each digital coupon has its own expiration date listed.
Simply find the coupon/reward email and click the bottom labeled “Click to Load”. The coupon/reward will appear in your Loyalty account under "My Wallet".
Member-only Offers
Member-only offers are deals exclusive to our Loyalty Members. To receive them, simply sign up for our Loyalty program here.
Member-only offers are handpicked by our curators and are only available to Loyalty Members. Digital coupons are provided directly by brands and manufacturers.

Rewards
From time to time, The Fresh Market may reach out in secret to surprise and delight our Loyalty Members. Consider this a free gift, on us!
If you would like to see all the Rewards you have redeemed, log into your Loyalty account here. From your dashboard, click "Rewards" and then "Redeemed." There, you'll be able to see all the Rewards you've enjoyed so far!
You can redeem two Rewards at the same time if they are different Reward types.
For example, if you have a Floral Club Reward along with a FREE slice of Ultimate Birthday Cake for your birthday month, you can redeem both. (Remember to clip the Club Rewards to “My Wallet” before redeeming in store. Your birthday cake Reward will already be clipped).
However, if you spend $150 on Artisan Cheese and have qualified for this Reward twice (i.e. spend $75, get $7.50 off your next Artisan Cheese purchase), you can only redeem one of these Rewards at a time since they are part of the same Club.
No, The Ultimate Loyalty Experience® is not a points-based program. However, as a Member, you have exclusive access to Member-only pricing and offers, the Club Hub, a FREE slice of Ultimate Birthday Cake during your birthday month, digital coupons, and more! So be sure to enter your Loyalty phone number at checkout each time to ensure you receive Member-only pricing and offers.
Club Hub℠
Once you register, you will be automatically enrolled into any available Clubs. No additional clicks needed!
Each Club will have its own validity period. Please refer to specific Club details for each Club in your Loyalty account under "Club Hub."
Log into your Loyalty account at thefreshmarket.com/login. From the dashboard, click “Club Hub." There, you will see how close you are to receiving that reward.
Once you reach a Club goal, you'll receive a Reward! After completing each Club goal, your Club will restart.
Some Clubs have unlimited times you may earn a Reward, while other Clubs have a certain amount of rewards that may be earned throughout the Club validity dates. Please refer to the Club details for each Club.

Once the Club requirements are met, you will find your Reward in your email and on your Loyalty dashboard, ready to clip into "My Wallet."
You can qualify for multiple Rewards at one time (i.e., Spent $150 on Artisan Cheese in one purchase and qualified for two Artisan Cheese Club Rewards), but will only be allowed to redeem one Reward at a time. If you achieve more than one of the same Rewards, your Member account will only display one at a time. Once you have clipped the Reward to your Wallet and redeemed that Reward, the subsequent will appear in your Rewards tab and be available for clipping to your Wallet.

FREE Slice of Ultimate Birthday Cake
If you provided your birthday while registering for The Ultimate Loyalty Experience®, you will receive an email at the beginning of your birthday month for a FREE slice of our Ultimate Birthday Cake on us! Just pick up your FREE slice on your next visit. Simply show a Bakery Team Member your Birthday Email or offer located in My Wallet. A gluten-free option is available. Just let a Bakery Team Member know your preference.
If it is still your birthday month, let’s celebrate! If not, we will celebrate with you next year!
That is totally up to you! It is not required to access the benefits of The Ultimate Loyalty Experience®.
