Our Favorite Way To Serve It Up
In this week’s Little Big Meal, our chicken roll-ups roast alongside fresh veggies to create a delicious, no mess sheet pan dinner that is ready in 35 minutes. Scroll down for step by step instructions on how to create this delicious dinner at home.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken roll-ups
- Veggie Steamer Bag
- Creamy Macaroni & Cheese or Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
- Herb Yeast Rolls
Directions
AIR FRYER (recommended): Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place the chicken roll-ups in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip them over and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place the chicken roll-ups on the sheet pan and cover the chicken loosely with foil. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove pan from oven and uncover chicken roll-ups. Return pan to oven and cook an additional 20-25 minutes until chicken roll-ups are cooked through and browned (until an internal temperature of 165°F).
While chicken is cooking, microwave Veggie Steamer Bag according to package instructions. __Caution: Steamer bag will be hot and may release steam when opened. __
For Creamy Macaroni & Cheese: Remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe container. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring once during cooking, until warmed through.
For Garlic Parmesan Potatoes: Remove potatoes from packaging into a microwave-safe container and cover. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes until potatoes are warmed through.
For Herb Yeast Rolls (Ready to eat. Heating instructions follow, if desired): Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap yeast rolls in aluminum foil and place in oven for 5-10 minutes until warmed through.
To Serve: Divide chicken roll-ups onto 4 plates. Serve alongside veggies, macaroni and cheese or potatoes, and herb yeast rolls.
