Our Favorite Way To Serve It Up

  • Skillet Veggie Kit or Veggie Steamer Bag
  • Creamy Macaroni & Cheese or Bowtie Pesto Salad
  • Soft Yeast Rolls or Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions

COOKTIME 35 minutesSERVINGS Serves 4

AIR FRYER: : (recommended): Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place the chicken roll ups in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip them over and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place the chicken roll ups on the sheet pan and cover the chicken loosely with foil. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove pan from oven and uncover chicken roll ups. Return pan to oven and cook an additional 20-25 minutes until chicken roll ups are cooked through and browned (until an internal temperature of 165°F).

If using Skillet Veggie Kit, heat large skillet over medium high. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and add Skillet Veggie Kit. Season with Salt and pepper* to taste, and cook, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes until vegetables are tender and lightly brown.

If using Veggie Steamer Bag, microwave according to package instructions.

For Creamy Macaroni & Cheese: Remove from packaging and place in microwave-safe container. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring once during cooking, until warmed through.

For Soft Yeast Rolls (Ready to eat. Heating instructions follow, if desired.): Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap yeast rolls in aluminum foil and place in oven for 8-10 minutes until warmed through.

To Serve: Place chicken roll up on plate. Serve alongside veggies, macaroni & cheese or pasta salad, and soft yeast rolls or cookies.
