Our Favorite Way To Serve It Up
Warm the quiche in the oven, chill the fruit or toss with lime for extra zing, and serve scones with your favorite jam or marmalade. Perfect for a cozy night in or a laid-back weekend treat. See below for our recommended recipe directions.
Directions
For the Bacon:
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and lay the bacon in a single layer. Bake for 13-15 minutes until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
STOVETOP: Lay bacon in a single layer in a cold cast-iron or heavy-bottomed skillet. Heat over medium-high, turning occasionally to cook through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Cook in batches if necessary.
AIR FRYER: Preheat to 400°F. Lay bacon on the air fryer tray or basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary, about 10 minutes until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
For the Quiche:
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove quiche from packaging and place on sheet pan. Place in center of oven and bake for 35 minutes, until quiche is a light golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Microwave heating not recommended.
