Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high. Grill bacon slices for 2 minutes per side or until just crisp; remove from heat, crumble or finely chop and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bacon crumbles, Cheddar cheese, onion granules, paprika and garlic. Use a small ice cream scoop or spoon to form approximately 8 mini burger patties (approximately 2-3 oz each).
Grill patties over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked until desired temperature. Meanwhile, toast sesame dinner rolls for 30-45 seconds on grill. Brush tops of buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve mini burgers on toasted rolls and top with your favorite burger fixings.

Thank you Great An Easy to follow Mark
Truly Amazing, a very good recipe
This burger was one of the best I've ever tasted, and I mixed up the ingredients and cooked it in a frying pan in my kitchen! I used Fresh Market sirloin, which added to the quality of the meat, but the flavors were perfection! One pound of meat made 4.5 burgers; I did not make them as sliders. I will definitely be making this again!
So delicious!!!!
Great Recipe

Super for the Super Bowl! Tasty and easy -
Yum!!! This recipe is just what the party needs! It is delicious and the meat can be cooked the day before if needed and just toast buns and assemble the day of party. Also, we don't just fix for parties. My family likes them so much that we have them at least once a week for lunch or dinner. Do yourself a favor and try this. You won't be disappointed...:-)
Fabulous lil burgers!
