
Ingredients
Tiered Platter:
- Snow Crab
- Oysters
- Shrimp
- Lobster Tail
- Fresh Lemons
- Prepared Horseradish
- Cocktail Sauce
- Remoulade
Miami Mustard Dip:
- 1 tbsp Dry Mustard
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- 2 tbsp light cream
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Directions
For the Mustard Dip: Whisk together dry mustard, mayonnaise, steak sauce, & light cream. Taste. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and more dry mustard to taste.
