Ingredients

3 oz gin (can also use vodka)
3 tbsp RAFT Hibiscus Lavender Syrup
2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
20 dashes RAFT Cardamom Bitters
Ice
2 oz The Fresh Market Sparkling Mineral Water

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for mineral water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into two coupe or martini glasses. Top with sparkling mineral water and enjoy!

Great recipe that is easy to make

The ingredients we’re expensive but should last a long time. Very tasty, seems like something I would pay $12-15 a drink for. Great for Valentine’s Day or any day! Not too sweet, lots of flavor. I love to make special cocktails and this is one of the best I’ve made.
