
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lime, halved
- ½ pouch Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- Lemon or lime wedges, optional
Directions
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, juice of 1/2 the lime, and Gingery Miso. Brush all over salmon.
When the grill is hot, add asparagus and salmon and grill until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes for both the asparagus and salmon.
Sprinkle salmon and asparagus with juice from the other half of the lime and serve with lemon or lime wedges if desired.
