In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and garlic powder and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients, reserving the feta cheese, and stir to combine. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, fold in feta cheese.

Too much oil. It took away from the fresh lemon and vinegar taste needed in the salad.

Loved this recipe. The only change I made was to add the whole bottle of olives (7 ounces) and I didn’t slice. At Fresh Market they are not sliced either. Also by adding the whole bottle it tasted more like the original, which is packed with olives. Tried fresh olives as well as I was trying to perfect this recipe, but the bottled simply tasted better.
