Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until it shimmers. Add turkey and season liberally with salt and pepper. Using a spatula, crumble the meat until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and alfredo Sauce to the meat; stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until mushrooms are soft, about 5 minutes.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine cooked penne pasta with sauce mixture. Toss gently to coat noodles and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and sauce is bubbling. Serve with fresh basil.

I used the white breast meat from store purchased rotisserie chicken instead of ground Turkey/chicken. Followed the recipe for the rest… so quick, easy & delicious. I will make this often for company..& for family as well! Just add a nice tossed salad, or a green vegetable of choice. Yummy meal!
