Ingredients

Air Fryer Mini Doughnuts:

  • 1 can croissant dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

  • ½ c sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Confetti Cake Topping:

  • 1 can frosting of your choice
  • 3-4 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

S’More Topping:

  • 4 graham crackers
  • The Fresh Market Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • Mini marshmallows

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the croissants from the can and gently separate them into 8 triangles onto the parchment. Starting from one long side of each triangle, roll each triangle into itself tightly so each piece forms a line, then connect the ends of each line to itself to create a doughnut shape from each piece. Brush the surface of each doughnut with olive oil.

Place the doughnuts in a single layer in the air fryer so they’re not touching, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Finish using one of the topping recipes below and serve warm.

Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut: Mix ½ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a shallow bowl. In a separate, microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in the microwave in 10 second intervals. Brush doughnuts with melted butter, then place the doughnuts in the cinnamon sugar to coat.

Confetti Cake Doughnut: Generously top the doughnuts in your favorite frosting and finish with rainbow sprinkles.

S’More Doughnut: Place 4 graham crackers into a zip-top plastic bag and make into crumbs using a rolling pin. Top each doughnut with The Fresh Market Dark Chocolate Sauce, crumbled graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
