# Gourmet Burgers

__STOVETOP:__ Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil* in a large skillet or pan over medium-high. Place burgers in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 165°F. Reduce heat to medium if burgers begin to burn. Add sliced cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking and cover pan with lid until melty. Remove the burgers to a plate to rest. If desired, toast the buns in the same pan until golden brown, about 1 minute.

__GRILL:__ Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grates with vegetable oil.* Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until a thermometer reads 165°F. # Salmon Burgers

Turn heat down to medium, place burgers in pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once during cooking, until cooked through or internal temperature reaches 165°F.** Add sliced cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking and cover pan with lid until melty. Remove the burgers to a plate. If desired, toast the buns in the same pan until golden brown, about 1 minute.

__AIR FRYER:__ (preferred method): Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place burgers in air fryer. Cook 8-9 minutes until cooked through,** turning once during cooking or internal temperature reaches 165°F. Add sliced cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking. If desired, toast buns in air fryer until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

__GRILL:__ Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grates with vegetable oil.* Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side cooked through or internal temperature reaches 165°F.** Reduce heat to medium or move burgers to cooler location if they begin to burn. Add sliced cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking and place cover on grill until melty. If desired, toast the buns on the grill until golden brown, about 1 minute.

SIDE: Deviled Egg Potato Salad or Creamy Coleslaw (1.5 lb)

FRUIT OR TOPPER: Tropical Fruit (24 oz) or Sandwich Topper Kit (10 oz)

PROTEIN: Gourmet or Salmon Burgers (4 ct)

BREAD: The Fresh Market Soft Golden Hamburger Buns (4 ct)


For Chicken or Pork Cutlets:

__Oven:__ Preheat to 425°F. Place cutlets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (turning once half way through).**

__Stovetop:__ Heat oil* in a large cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat, until hot, 2-3 minutes. Carefully place the cutlets in the pan one at a time and cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes for chicken or 7-8 minutes for pork, until cooked through.**

__Air Fryer:__ Preheat to 375°F. Place cutlets in the basket or rack in a single layer and cook, turning once, 10-14 minutes, until cooked through.**

__For Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes:__ Remove the potatoes from packaging into a microwave-safe container and cover. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are warmed through.

__For Broccoli or Green Beans:__ Microwave the veggie steamer bag according to package directions.*Caution: Steamer bag will be hot and may release steam when opened.*

__To Serve:__ Divide cutlets, mashed potatoes & veggies onto 4 plates. Serve alongside yeast rolls and dipping sauce.

**Cook chicken to internal temperature of 165°F and pork to internal temperature of 145°F.

- Pecan-Crusted, Rosemary Garlic or Nashville Hot Chicken Cutlets (4 ct)
- The Fresh Market Yeast Rolls (6 ct)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper*, to taste
