Brie and Berry Panini with Chocolate Cherry Sourdough Bread
 

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices Chocolate Cherry Sourdough Bread, about 1" thick
  • 1 tablespoon TFM Organic Strawberry Jam
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese


Preparation:

Heat a grill pan, cast iron skillet or panini press over medium heat. Melt butter in pan or if using a panini press, brush melted butter on both sides of bread slices. Lightly grill both sides of bread. Spread Strawberry Preserves on one slice and layer Brie on the other. Press the two sides together to form a sandwich and press together in pan, with a spatula if needed, until cheese begins to ooze. Slice in half and serve as a dessert or an appetizer with wine.
