Or, try our Carrot Cake, a seven-layer cake made with freshly grated carrots, top-quality cinnamon, real vanilla and pineapple, topped with a sweet cream cheese icing. We normally keep 12-15 varieties of cake on hand throughout the year which include: Coconut Cake, Bar Cakes, Cake Rolls, Almond Creme Torte, Red Velvet Cake and more. Stop by to see what's in store!
Why not try our cake rolls? Made from scratch with moist sponge cake and sweet cream cheese icing rolled together and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Available varieties vary by season but include: Carrot, Raspberry White Chocolate, Pumpkin and Chocolate.
Gourmet Cheesecakes
All of our cheesecakes are made the old-fashioned way: baked in a traditional water bath using only the highest-quality ingredients including cream cheese, butter, whole eggs and graham cracker crusts. Available whole or sliced, our cheesecakes are a Fresh Market favorite.
We are also proud to offer Ferrara’s Cheesecakes. This world-famous cheesecake, made in New York’s Little Italy, uses the Ferrara family’s 100 year-old authentic Italian recipe.
Freshly Baked Pies
While most places no longer bake their own pies, The Fresh Market insists on baking 13 varieties of pies fresh every day. For example, our apple pies are filled with 4 ½ cups of apples and just the right touch of goodness and our golden, buttery pie crust is always flaky – the way it should be.
